1tspacv(room temperature, mixed before the batter)
3cupsoat flour(sifted, 360 g)
2/3cupcocoa powder(65 g)
2tbsparrowroot powder
1.5tspbaking powder
1tspbaking soda
1.25cupsunsweetened applesauce or dairy free yogurt(375 g, room temperature)
1.25cupscoconut sugar or organic granulated sugar(250 g)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease three 6-inch cake pans and line with parchment paper.
Mix dairy free milk and acv in a small bowl; set aside for 5 minutes to make vegan buttermilk.
Whisk together dry ingredients: oat flour, cocoa powder, arrowroot, baking powder, and baking soda.
Combine vegan buttermilk, applesauce, and sugar in a large bowl; add dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
Divide batter evenly into pans and bake for 37-40 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
Frost with vegan chocolate buttercream, layering and decorating as desired. Store leftovers in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
