  • 12 oz salmon (King’s seafood preferred) (Fresh salmon fillet)

Oil

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Spices & Seasonings

  • 0.75 tsp paprika
  • 0.75 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1.5 tbsp mustard (Grey Poupon) (For tangy flavor)
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp lemon juice

Herbs

  • 1 tsp parsley (finely chopped) (about 1/8-inch pieces)
  • 0.5 tsp fresh dill (finely chopped)

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, and herbs to create the glaze.
  • Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with spices.
  • Grill the salmon over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, basting with the glaze.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
