Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line a loaf tin with parchment.
Whisk cocoa powder with boiling water to form a paste; set aside.
Blend tofu, milk, vanilla, and vinegar until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients; add melted butter and oil, then combine wet and dry to form batter.
Divide batter, mix part with cocoa paste, then layer and swirl in the tin.
Bake for 60-75 minutes, cool, then serve.
Notes
Swirl gently to create a marbled effect and avoid overmixing.
