A quick and delicious make-ahead breakfast featuring creamy oats infused with vanilla and optional protein boost.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

rolled oats

chia seeds

vanilla bean Greek yogurt

milk

teaspoons
vanilla extract

maple syrup

vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions
Add oats, chia seeds, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and maple syrup (and protein powder if using) in a bowl.
Mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
When ready, top with granola, fruit, or berries and enjoy!
