Instructions
Heat olive oil and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and tomato paste, cook for a minute. Add ground beef and spices, cook until browned. Stir in pureed tomatoes and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Mix yogurt, mashed garlic, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl to make the yogurt sauce.
Melt butter with olive oil, add mint and paprika, cook briefly until fragrant.
Assemble: Divide pasta, top with beef sauce, add yogurt sauce, drizzle with butter sauce, and garnish as desired.
Notes
You can adjust spice levels with extra pul biber for more heat.
