A comforting and easy-to-make casserole combining turkey, stuffing, and vegetables for a delicious holiday meal.

Ingredients

Dairy and Broth

  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 box stove top stuffing mix

Main ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed leftover turkey
  • 10 ounces frozen vegetables
  • 2 stalks celery (sliced thinly)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 10 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups gravy (for serving)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Heat broth and butter until boiling, then remove from heat and stir in stuffing mix. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff.
  • Mix turkey, vegetables, celery, garlic, and chicken soup; spread in dish. Top with stuffing.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly, then sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or cheese to the stuffing mixture.
