Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Heat broth and butter until boiling, then remove from heat and stir in stuffing mix. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff.
Mix turkey, vegetables, celery, garlic, and chicken soup; spread in dish. Top with stuffing.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly, then sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs or cheese to the stuffing mixture.
