  • 3 cups Leftover turkey (shredded)
  • 2 stalks Celery (finely diced)
  • 1/3 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup Pecans (chopped; or sunflower seeds for nut-free)
  • 2 medium Green onions (chopped)
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Combine shredded turkey, celery, cranberries, pecans, and green onions in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and mix until evenly coated. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 1 hour to enhance flavor.
