A quick and flavorful pasta dish combining ground turkey, fresh spinach, and pesto for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

1lbGround Turkey(or substitute with ground chicken or beef)
16ozPasta(your favorite kind—brown rice, gluten-free, einkorn, or classic)
2cupsSpinach(chopped)
6.5ozPesto(use half or a whole jar, depending on your preference)
2tspOlive Oil
1.5tspGarlic Powder(or 2 fresh cloves, minced)
1.5tspOnion Powder
2tspItalian Seasoning
to tasteSalt and Pepper
Optional vegetables
as desiredBroccoli, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Bell Peppers, Green Peas, Mushrooms(chopped)
Instructions
Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
Add chopped spinach and other vegetables. Cook until greens are wilted and vegetables are tender.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in cooked pasta and pesto until evenly coated and warmed through.
Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan.
