A quick and flavorful dish featuring ground turkey and colorful bell peppers, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

Instructions
Slice bell peppers, dice onion, and mince garlic; set aside.
Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Push turkey to one side, add remaining oil, cook onion 3-4 min, then add garlic for 1 min.
Add peppers, cook 5-7 min until tender but crunchy.
Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook 2-3 min to meld flavors. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
Notes
Feel free to add a squeeze of lime or serve with rice or tortillas for a complete meal.
