Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Rinse and pat dry tuna steaks; place in a dish or bag. Pour marinade over and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat skillet or grill; remove tuna from marinade, discard excess marinade.
Sear tuna for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and slightly pink inside.
Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve immediately with optional garnishes.
Notes
