A quick and delicious rice bowl combining tuna, creamy mayonnaise, and fresh vegetables for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Rice

  • 1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or sushi rice)

Tuna

  • 5 oz can of tuna (drained)

Mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Soy Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)

Vegetables

  • 1 spring onion spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 0.5 avocado avocado, sliced

Garnish

  • Sesame seeds Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Seaweed strips Seaweed strips (optional)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook 1 cup of rice and let it cool slightly.
  • Mix drained tuna with mayonnaise and soy sauce (if using).
  • Chop spring onion, cucumber, and slice avocado.
  • Assemble: Place rice in a bowl, top with tuna mixture, vegetables, and garnish with sesame seeds and seaweed.
  • Season with salt and pepper, toss gently, and serve.

Notes

You can customize the toppings and adjust the mayonnaise for creaminess.
