(cut into thin (1/8-inch) strips)

teriyaki marinade or glaze

Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over high heat. Add beef and cook 2-3 minutes until browned. Drain and stir in teriyaki marinade.
Place one-fourth of the meat mixture into each warmed tortilla. Top with coleslaw mix.
Fold sides of tortilla over filling and roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef ahead of time.
