Enjoy these flavorful teriyaki steak wraps, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Land O LakesĀ® Butter
  • 1 pound beef sirloin steak (cut into thin (1/8-inch) strips)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade or glaze (not sauce)
  • 4 8-inch flour tortillas (warmed)
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix

Instructions 

  • Melt butter in a skillet over high heat. Add beef and cook 2-3 minutes until browned. Drain and stir in teriyaki marinade.
  • Place one-fourth of the meat mixture into each warmed tortilla. Top with coleslaw mix.
  • Fold sides of tortilla over filling and roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef ahead of time.
