Lettuce and Sauces

Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until mostly cooked, about 8 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until softened.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and corn starch; cook rice separately.
Combine cooked rice and sauce with beef and vegetables; cook briefly to thicken, then rest for 1-2 minutes.
Serve in lettuce leaves, topped with green onions and optional sauces.
Notes
Use fresh lettuce for best crunch and flavor.
