Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, sugar, honey, vinegar, garlic, and ginger; add cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened.
Cut chicken, season with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken in oil until golden and cooked through.
Pour sauce over chicken, simmer to coat and thicken.
Serve over rice, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
