Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add spiralized zucchini and pesto, tossing to combine and heat through for 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper, then garnish with chopped basil and parsley before serving.
Notes
