Ingredients

Protein

  • 650 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into cutlets)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for pan-cooking)

Wraps

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas

Vegetables

  • 4 large leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

Instructions 

  • Season chicken cutlets with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas and assemble wraps with lettuce, cooked chicken, cheese, and ranch dressing.
