Enjoy these delicious mini taco cups filled with seasoned beef, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 2 cups ground beef
  • 1 2 medium onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces diced spicy tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 7.5 ounces WHOLLY GUACAMOLE heat level of your choice
  • 1 2 cup diced tomato
  • 1 2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place tortillas in muffin pan and bake 10-12 minutes. Cook beef and onion, add tomatoes, then fill tortillas. Top with cheese and bake 15 minutes. Garnish with guacamole, tomatoes, red onion, and green onions. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite hot sauce or sour cream.
