Ingredients
Tortillas
2cupsground beef
1 2mediumonion, diced
1packettaco seasoning
8ouncesdiced spicy tomatoes
1cupshredded Mexican-blend cheese
7.5ouncesWHOLLY GUACAMOLE heat level of your choice
1 2cupdiced tomato
1 2cupdiced red onion
1 4cupsliced green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place tortillas in muffin pan and bake 10-12 minutes. Cook beef and onion, add tomatoes, then fill tortillas. Top with cheese and bake 15 minutes. Garnish with guacamole, tomatoes, red onion, and green onions. Serve warm.
