(room temperature helps prevent the sauce from breaking)

Instructions
Roast sweet potatoes in olive oil at 400°F (200°C) until tender, about 25 minutes.
Sauté diced onion and ground turkey until cooked through, then add garlic powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, and soy sauce.
Mix frozen vegetables with cooked turkey mixture and set aside.
Prepare gravy by dissolving cornstarch in broth, then simmer with milk and black pepper until thickened.
Spread mashed sweet potatoes over the turkey mixture, then top with gravy and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of thyme or rosemary to the mashed sweet potatoes before baking.
