Instructions
Mince garlic, chop green onions, and measure all ingredients.
Heat neutral oil in a skillet, add garlic until fragrant (~30 seconds).
Add ground turkey, cook until browned (~5-7 minutes).
Lower heat, stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; cook until thickened (~2-3 minutes).
Stir in red pepper flakes and green onions, cook for another minute.
Serve over rice, noodles, or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice before serving.
