A delicious and hearty dish featuring bell peppers filled with seasoned ground meat, rice, and cheese, baked to perfection.
Ingredients
Bell Peppers

large
bell peppers (any color)
1
pound
lean ground beef or turkey
1
cup
cooked rice
1
can (15 oz)
diced tomatoes

small
onion, diced
2
cloves
garlic, minced
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
to taste
Salt and pepper

cup
shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare peppers and set aside.
Sauté diced onion and garlic until translucent. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
Mix in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stuff peppers with mixture.
Place peppers in baking dish, add water at the bottom, and bake for 25 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until bubbly. Serve hot.
Notes
You can customize the filling with different cheeses or add herbs for extra flavor.
