Ingredients

Yogurt

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt (Greek or plant-based alternatives optional)

Fruits

  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries (Hulled and sliced)

Granola

  • 1 cup granola (Homemade or low-calorie preferred)

Sweeteners & Add-ins

  • 2 tbsp honey (Optional – for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (Optional – for extra fiber and nutrition)

Instructions 

  • Wash, hull, and slice strawberries.
  • Layer 2 tbsp yogurt in a glass.
  • Add sliced strawberries and granola layers, repeat as needed.
  • Top with honey or chia seeds if desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes.
