A delicious and nutritious overnight oats recipe featuring fresh strawberries and vanilla protein for a satisfying breakfast.
Ingredients

old-fashioned rolled oats

chia seeds

unsweetened milk, dairy or plant-based

Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt

scoop
vanilla protein powder, approximately 30 grams
1
cup
fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

tablespoons
maple syrup or honey
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract

Instructions
Combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and salt in a bowl or jar.
Add milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla; mix well.
Gently fold in half of the strawberries.
Divide mixture into containers; top with remaining strawberries.
Refrigerate overnight; stir before serving. Add milk if thinner desired.
