A delicious and healthy homemade protein bar packed with strawberries and protein powder, perfect for on-the-go snacking.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

oat flour

vanilla protein powder
Wet ingredients

maple syrup

almond butter

vanilla extract

Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, and crushed strawberries.
Add wet ingredients: Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and enough dairy-free milk until a soft dough forms.
Press into a pan: Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment and press the mixture evenly. Add extra strawberries on top if desired.
Chill and set: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm, then cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
