ripe sweet fresh or frozen strawberries

oat milk

vanilla extract

maple syrup, agave or other sweetener
(to taste)

dry chia seeds

Instructions
Wash, dry, and hull the strawberries.
Blend strawberries, oat milk, vanilla, sweetener, and salt (if using) until smooth.
Pour into a jar and stir in chia seeds.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then stir again and chill until thickened.
Serve topped with fresh strawberries or berries.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor and adjust sweetener to taste.
