A delicious and fruity cake combining fresh strawberries and blueberries, perfect for a summer dessert or special occasion.

Dry ingredients
2cupsall-purpose flour(sifted or aerated)
2teaspoonsbaking powder
Wet ingredients
1 1/4cupswhite granulated sugar
2ozsalted butter(melted)
2eggseggs
1cupplain low-fat Greek yogurt
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Fruits
16ozfresh strawberries(hulled and halved)
6ozfresh blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x3-inch springform pan with parchment and grease it.
Mix flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat sugar, melted butter, and eggs until smooth. Add yogurt and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
Fold in chopped strawberries. Pour batter into the pan, then arrange halved strawberries and blueberries on top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan, then release and transfer to a plate.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe berries for best flavor. Do not over-mix the batter to keep the cake light and fluffy.
