A quick and delicious breakfast wrap combining sautéed mushrooms, spinach, scrambled eggs, and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 4 pieces White Mushrooms
  • 0.5 clove Clove of Garlic
  • 1-2 handfuls Spinach

Dairy & Eggs

  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • Cheddar Cheese Cheddar Cheese
  • 1-2 Tbsp Sour Cream

Other

  • 1 soft tortilla shell Soft Tortilla Shell (spinach flavor)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Butter
  • Salt & Pepper Salt & Pepper

Instructions 

  • Sauté garlic and sliced mushrooms in butter until cooked.
  • Scramble eggs in a bowl.
  • Push mushrooms to one side, pour eggs on the other, add spinach, and cook until set.
  • Place cheese on tortilla, add egg mixture, top with sour cream, and wrap.

Notes

Use fresh spinach for best flavor and texture.
