0.25cupbuffalo sauce
4largelettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)
0.5cupCaesar dressing (preferably homemade or healthier version)
0.25cupshredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Shred chicken and toss with buffalo sauce.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves; set aside. Mix Caesar dressing, shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and Parmesan in a large bowl.
Place the chicken mixture onto lettuce leaves, top with parsley, roll up tightly, and serve immediately.
