Instructions
Mix cream cheese with herbs, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.
Spread the mixture over each tortilla.
Add lettuce, smoked salmon, and cucumber in the center.
Roll tightly, folding sides to keep filling neat.
Slice in half and serve immediately or chill briefly.
