A delicious and easy-to-make wrap combining smoked salmon, herbed cream cheese, and fresh vegetables for a light, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 120 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or chives
  • 0.5 cucumber sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • A few leaves lettuce
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix cream cheese with herbs, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture over each tortilla.
  • Add lettuce, smoked salmon, and cucumber in the center.
  • Roll tightly, folding sides to keep filling neat.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately or chill briefly.

Notes

For extra flavor, add capers or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
