  • 0.25 cup Dijon Mustard (grainy)
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 5 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Water

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
  • Whisk together mustard, honey, and melted butter in a bowl.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and add water; simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Uncover and cook a few minutes to thicken sauce.
