Enjoy tender shrimp coated in a smoky barbecue sauce, cooked quickly in a skillet for a flavorful meal.

raw large shrimp (tails on or off)

Instructions
Thaw the shrimp if frozen.
Mix ketchup, 1 tbsp oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, chili powder, cumin, hot sauce, salt, and pepper; set aside 2 tbsp for later.
Toss shrimp in marinade; let sit 10-15 minutes.
Heat ½ tbsp oil in skillet; cook shrimp 1 min, brush with reserved sauce, cook 1 more min until pink and opaque.
Transfer shrimp to plate; garnish with herbs and lemon wedges.
Notes
Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges and herbs for added flavor.
