Instructions
Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, water, and ginger. Set aside.
Heat butter in a wok.
Add shrimp and scallions; cook for 1 minute.
Pour in sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
Toss in soba noodles and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
