A quick and flavorful dish combining succulent shrimp with savory teriyaki sauce and soba noodles.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 250 grams Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Dairy

  • 1 tbsp Butter

Vegetables

  • ¼ cup Chopped Scallions

Sauces & Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • ½ tsp Grated Ginger

Noodles

  • 2 cups Cooked Soba Noodles

Seeds & Nuts

  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions 

  • Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, water, and ginger. Set aside.
  • Heat butter in a wok.
  • Add shrimp and scallions; cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Toss in soba noodles and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for best flavor and serve immediately.
