A quick and flavorful salad combining shredded chicken with fresh vegetables and smoky BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Celery (small dice)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (small dice)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions 

  • Dice 1/2 cup of celery and 1/4 cup of onion.
  • Add vegetables and 2 cups of shredded chicken to a large bowl.
  • Mix in 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce.
  • Stir until fully combined and adjust BBQ sauce to taste.
