Ingredients

Eggs

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden.
