Instructions
Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic; add dill last.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill salmon skin-side down for 6 minutes until crispy.
Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes, brushing with sauce. Check for firmness and internal temp of 54°C.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
