Instructions
Shred the chicken, then cook with onion, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper for 5-6 minutes.
Heat beans separately and mash gently, then combine with chicken mixture for 5 minutes.
Warm rice and tortillas; assemble by spreading rice on tortillas, adding chicken, beans, and toppings.
Fold and roll the tortillas into burritos, then wrap in foil to serve.
Notes
For easier rolling, warm tortillas and rice before assembling.
