Ingredients

Grains

Protein

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, skin removed

Vegetables

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

Toppings & Sauces

  • 1 avocado sliced

  • 0.25 cup tzatziki sauce or hummus or sriracha mayo or green goddess dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • to taste lemon wedges

Instructions 

  • Cook grains according to package directions.

  • Arrange vegetables and avocado around the chicken.
