Enjoy crispy, golden roasted potatoes cooked effortlessly in your air fryer with simple seasonings for a flavorful side dish.
Ingredients
Potatoes

russet potatoes
(washed very well, cut into 1" cubes)

olive oil
(extra virgin)

Tuscan garlic seasoning
(use your favorite brand)

paprika

black pepper
(fresh cracked)

salt
(or more to taste)

crushed rosemary
(dry or fresh)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Cube washed potatoes, rinse, dry, and transfer to a bowl.
Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until coated.
Spread in air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway.
Remove when crispy, transfer to a dish, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, shake the basket halfway through cooking.
