Enjoy crispy, golden roasted potatoes cooked effortlessly in your air fryer with simple seasonings for a flavorful side dish.

Ingredients

Potatoes

  • 3 medium russet potatoes (washed very well, cut into 1" cubes)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 tsp Tuscan garlic seasoning (use your favorite brand)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper (fresh cracked)
  • ½ tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • ½ tsp crushed rosemary (dry or fresh)

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Cube washed potatoes, rinse, dry, and transfer to a bowl.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until coated.
  • Spread in air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Remove when crispy, transfer to a dish, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, shake the basket halfway through cooking.
