A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender beef with colorful vegetables in a savory sauce.
Ingredients

Flank Steak or Sirloin, thinly sliced
Vegetables

Broccoli Florets

Instructions
Slice beef against the grain, wash and chop vegetables, and whisk sauce ingredients together.
Heat a wok or large skillet on high, add oil, then sear beef for 60-90 seconds per side. Remove and set aside.
Add broccoli and carrots to the pan, stir for 2 minutes until bright and charred.
Add bell peppers, garlic, and ginger; stir for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in sauce and return beef; toss for 1 minute until thickened.
Notes
Use high-heat oil like vegetable or canola for best results.
