A quick and flavorful beef stir fry packed with fresh vegetables and savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Meat

Flank Steak or Sirloin, thinly sliced
Vegetables

Broccoli Florets

Bell Pepper, sliced

Carrots, julienned
Aromatics and Sauce

Instructions
Slice beef against the grain, wash and chop vegetables, and whisk together sauce ingredients.
Heat a wok or large skillet on high, add oil, and sear beef for 60-90 seconds per side. Remove beef.
Add broccoli and carrots, stir for 2 minutes, then add bell peppers, garlic, and ginger, cooking for 60 seconds.
Stir sauce and pour over vegetables, return beef, and toss for 1 minute until sauce thickens.
Notes
Use high-heat oil like vegetable or peanut oil for best results.
