A quick and flavorful beef stir fry packed with fresh vegetables and savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Flank Steak or Sirloin, thinly sliced

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 large Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 2 medium Carrots, julienned

Aromatics and Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 3/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions 

  • Slice beef against the grain, wash and chop vegetables, and whisk together sauce ingredients.
  • Heat a wok or large skillet on high, add oil, and sear beef for 60-90 seconds per side. Remove beef.
  • Add broccoli and carrots, stir for 2 minutes, then add bell peppers, garlic, and ginger, cooking for 60 seconds.
  • Stir sauce and pour over vegetables, return beef, and toss for 1 minute until sauce thickens.

Notes

Use high-heat oil like vegetable or peanut oil for best results.
