Delicious homemade protein peanut butter cups that are easy to make and perfect for a healthy snack or treat.
Ingredients
Chocolate coating
1/2
cup
peanut butter (or allergy friendly sub)
1/4
cup
protein powder (32g)
1/8
tsp
salt
2/3
cup
chocolate chips

tsp
coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
(optional for smoother sauce)
Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips and stir in oil until smooth.
Spread about half a teaspoon of chocolate in mini cupcake liners.
Mix peanut butter, salt, and protein powder until smooth, then spoon over the chocolate.
Top with remaining chocolate and chill for 10 minutes or until set.
Once hardened, peel off liners and store in a cool, dry place.
Notes
Use allergy-friendly peanut butter if needed.
