Delicious homemade protein peanut butter cups that are easy to make and perfect for a healthy snack or treat.

Ingredients

Chocolate coating

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or allergy friendly sub)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (32g)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (or vegetable oil) (optional for smoother sauce)

Instructions 

  • Melt the chocolate chips and stir in oil until smooth.
  • Spread about half a teaspoon of chocolate in mini cupcake liners.
  • Mix peanut butter, salt, and protein powder until smooth, then spoon over the chocolate.
  • Top with remaining chocolate and chill for 10 minutes or until set.
  • Once hardened, peel off liners and store in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Use allergy-friendly peanut butter if needed.
