Instructions
Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Beat eggs and lemon juice together in a separate bowl.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then coat again with flour.
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
Transfer fried chicken to paper towels to drain. Repeat with remaining chicken.
