A quick and flavorful tuna salad infused with fresh pesto, perfect for a light lunch or snack.

Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 1 can solid albacore tuna in water (well drained)

Pesto

  • 3 tablespoons prepared pesto

Mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

Salt and Black Pepper

  • to taste salt and black pepper

Instructions 

  • Drain the tuna well and break it into pieces in a bowl.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of pesto and mayonnaise each. Mix well.
  • Adjust with additional pesto or mayonnaise if desired.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for a day.
