This flavorful grilled salmon is infused with fresh lemon and herbs, perfect for a healthy and delicious meal.
Ingredients
Salmon

fillets
skin-on salmon fillets
(6 ounces / 170 grams each)
2
large
lemons
(juiced and zested)
3
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
3
cloves
garlic
(minced)
1
tablespoon
chopped parsley
1
tablespoon
chopped dill
1
teaspoon
chopped thyme
(or rosemary as a substitute)

teaspoon
honey or maple syrup
to taste
Salt and pepper

pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets, removing pin bones.
Whisk lemon juice, zest, olive oil, garlic, honey, herbs, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Marinate salmon in the mixture for 15-30 minutes in the fridge.
Preheat grill to medium-high, oil grates, and grill salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until flaky and internal temp reaches 145°F.
Rest briefly, then serve with lemon wedges and herbs.
Notes
For best flavor, do not overcook the salmon.
