A quick and nutritious smoothie combining oats, peanut butter, and banana for a delicious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Liquid

  • 2 cups Unsweetened plant milk

Solid ingredients

  • 1 large Banana
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Add plant milk into blender.
  • Add banana, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend longer or add more plant milk.
