Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment or foil.
Melt chocolate and butter in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water or microwave until smooth.
Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl. Cool melted chocolate mixture, then add eggs and sweetener, whisking well.
Pour wet into dry ingredients, mix until thick and fudgy. Spread batter in pan.
Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter on top and swirl with a knife. Cover and bake for 25-28 minutes.
Notes
For extra fudginess, slightly underbake the brownies.
