Delicious and easy-to-make oat cups layered with peanut butter and melted chocolate, perfect for a quick treat or snack.

Instructions
Mix oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp maple syrup, and salt. Press into a silicone muffin tray. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Combine 100g peanut butter and 1 tbsp maple syrup to make the middle layer. Spread over the frozen base.
Pour melted dark chocolate over the layered cups. Optional: drizzle with melted Biscoff spread.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is hardened. Serve and enjoy!
