Delicious and easy-to-make oat cups layered with peanut butter and melted chocolate, perfect for a quick treat or snack.

Ingredients

Base ingredients

  • 70 g rolled oats (used gluten-free if necessary)
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch salt
  • 100 g smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 70 g dark chocolate (melted)

Optional topping

  • Optional melted Biscoff spread (for drizzle)

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp maple syrup, and salt. Press into a silicone muffin tray. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Combine 100g peanut butter and 1 tbsp maple syrup to make the middle layer. Spread over the frozen base.
  • Pour melted dark chocolate over the layered cups. Optional: drizzle with melted Biscoff spread.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate is hardened. Serve and enjoy!
