A delicious and healthy frozen treat combining Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and chocolate for a perfect snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Dairy & Protein

  • 1 cup Low fat Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp honey (or sweeten to taste)
  • 15 g vanilla protein powder (half scoop)
  • 15 g peanut butter powder (full scoop)
  • 60 mL almond milk (or other milk)
  • 10 g chocolate chips (melted, reserve 3-4 for chopping)
  • 5 g peanut butter (softened in microwave)
  • 17 g banana slices (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix yogurt, honey, protein powder, peanut butter powder, and milk until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
  • Spread mixture on the prepared sheet and top with banana slices and melted chocolate chips. Drizzle with melted peanut butter if desired.
  • Freeze for 3-4 hours until firm. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for best results.
