These healthy, no-bake cookies combine ripe bananas, peanut butter, and oats for a delicious treat that's easy to make and perfect for a quick snack.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix mashed banana, peanut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Add oats and fold in chocolate chips.
Form dough into 8 balls and flatten into cookies on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, then cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
