Fruits

  • 1 cup sliced peaches (frozen or fresh)
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt (or vanilla Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup milk (regular milk or almond milk)
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
