Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
Cook chicken in butter and olive oil until golden, then add garlic and cook briefly.
Pour in chicken stock, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes; simmer.
Add heavy cream and spinach; cook until spinach wilts and sauce thickens. Toss with cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
